Each planned deployment begins from upstream Hermes. You can select Wingman later as a separate package.

Hermes Host runs quietly behind the work.
Your client buys the agent and service from you. Their deployment starts with clean Hermes, their business context, and the package you defined.
You choose a clean Hermes deployment or an explicit Wingman package. Client-facing naming stays under your control, and Nous Research remains responsible only for its own products.

05 / Model billing
Operator-controlledWe recommend the brain.
You own the bill.
Hermes Host will recommend a provider and model, check the key you supply, and install those settings on the client deployment.
Your OpenRouter or model-provider account stays yours. You buy usage directly, see the bill, and decide whether your client price absorbs it or passes it through.
Model usage and third-party app fees are separate from Hermes Host pricing.
06 / Learn and operate
Build the business while you use the infrastructure.
SWA Skool teaches the Personal Agent Business path. Members build their own agent first. Then they package a useful client build, onboard the buyer, and keep the deployment working.
The planned membership includes Hermes Host console access at no additional charge.

Why the split: the membership pays for training and console access. The client-agent fee starts when you activate a deployment because each live client consumes dedicated hosting and automated lifecycle work.

Is Hermes Host available now?
No. This page is the founding waitlist. Joining records interest and gives us a way to share product updates. Purchase and access terms will come later.
Does the $49 include model usage?
No. The planned $49 tier covers the hosted environment and automated infrastructure routines. You connect and pay your chosen model provider directly. Custom agent builds, migrations, third-party apps, and human troubleshooting are separate.
Will every client agent become Wingman?
No. Clean upstream Hermes is the default. Wingman can become an explicit optional package later when it fits the client job.
Is this official Hermes hosting from Nous Research?
No. Hermes Host is an independent SWA service powered by open-source Hermes Agent. Nous Research also offers its own separate Hermes Cloud.
What happens to the client deployment if I leave?
We plan dedicated environments and portable deployments. We will publish exact export, retention, and offboarding terms before launch.
