What this covers

Hermes Host is an independent service operated by Mitch Harris through Scaling With Agents. This notice covers information submitted through the Hermes Host founding waitlist.

What we store

We store the email address you submit, the page source of the submission, and the submission time. The waitlist database does not intentionally store your IP address or browser user agent. Cloudflare may process ordinary connection and security metadata while hosting the page.

How we use it

We use the information to record waitlist interest, send Hermes Host product and founding-access updates, prevent duplicate entries, and understand which page generated the signup. We do not sell waitlist data.

Service provider

Cloudflare hosts the page, serverless function, and waitlist database. Its processing is governed by Cloudflare’s applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep your waitlist record while Hermes Host updates remain active or until it is no longer needed. You can unsubscribe using the link in any product email or ask us to remove your record by emailing mitch@heymitch.com.

This notice may change if the waitlist adds another system or the product launches. Material changes will be reflected on this page before new uses begin.
