Is Hermes Host available now?
No. This page is the founding waitlist. Joining records interest and gets you product updates. Purchase and access terms come later.
Are you selling Hermes agents?
No. You sell the agent and the work to your client. Hermes Host is simple, fair-priced setup and hosting so you do not rebuild the box every time.
Who pays for model usage?
You do, through your own model provider account. Hermes Host can help you connect a key. Model usage stays on your bill so you can price it into the client fee or pass it through. Details live here, not in the main pitch.
Does the client box fee include custom builds or live support?
No. The client box tier covers the hosted environment, Cloudflare protection, Hermes updates, backups, and health checks. Custom builds, migrations, third-party apps, and human troubleshooting are separate.
Is clean Hermes the default?
Yes, clean upstream Hermes is the default. Wingman can be an optional package later when the client job needs it.
Is this official hosting from Nous Research?
No. Hermes Host is an independent SWA service powered by open-source Hermes Agent. Nous Research also offers its own separate Hermes Cloud.
What happens if I leave?
We plan dedicated environments and portable deployments. Exact export, retention, and offboarding terms publish before launch.
